This redesign focused on making it clear what the Co-op does (its services, etc.); improving usability and accessibility; making it easier for members to access support; and ensuring the site is easy to use on various devices.

There was considerable focus on improving the support section of the website. The process included a website evaluation of the existing support page completed by several librarians, which informed us as to priorities, problems and opportunities. It also helped give me a greater understanding of how and why librarians use that section. We used clear, friendly, helpful language and useful form tools to facilitate smooth support requests online. Icons across the page help to quickly identify relevant content. The support pages for individual services was also reorganized to make it less overwhelming and easier to find items.
